I offer a free initial 20 minutes phone consultation. It is a chance for you to ask your
questions, and for us to get to know each other to decide whether we are compatible.

Counselling sessions that are 50-minutes long for children, teens, adults and parents.

70 minutes session for couples and families.

Cancellation
Please note that cancellation requires 24-hour notice in order to avoid being charged for
the half of session fee.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, we offer a set number of sliding scale lower-
fee spots. Please get in touch to discuss what works for you.

Private Insurance Coverage
​Be aware that most extended health plan cover Registered Clinical Counsellor services.
Please check with your health insurance about the conditions.
